The roller is perfect to pack an extra pair of pants, some shirts and an extra pair of shoes. I highly recommend it to anyone. And as a plus, it fits within the airplane ailes so you can continue to roll it as you head down the airplane.Digital camera Review: Kensignton Bag

The item works okay, but the handle makes it almost impossible to carry an additional item with it. Cannot stack an additional bag on top of the roller bag. The overnoight section opens from the top rather than the side, which makes it harder for packing and unpacking.
It gets the job done, but is not as convenient or as user friendly as my older model bag did.

About 2 years ago, I purchased a Contour Overnight Notebook Roller from the now bankrupt COMP USA store in New York City, NY.
Shortly after my purchase (maybe a year) one of the two handles that are attached to the top of the Rollr broke - literally snapped in half - clearly a plastic defect - and two of the zippers also came detached. (I sent them photos to show) - Sometimes it happens... I continued to use the bag for a year with that issue... so it was not that huge of a problem - but I finally got around to getting it fixed under their LIFETIME WARRANTY...
So I contacted Kensington via a form on their website and asked Kensington how I could go about returning the Roller for repair under their Lifetime Warranty. WIthin a few minutes I received an automated response stating that they were on it and the next day, they replied:
Dear Clarke:
Thank you for contacting Kensington Technical Support.
We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with the Contour Overnight Notebook Roller (62903). In this regard, we are glad to inform you that we will go ahead and replace the bag at free of cost.
We are glad to inform you that we have placed an order for model #62903 which you will receive within 10-12 business days (Maximum time frame). Once you receive the replacement unit mark the old unit as defective and trash it.

An OUTSTANDING bag at a GREAT price... Fits in 99% of aircraft overheads, will not fit in a CRJ200 overhead, but I'm not sure anything larger than a lunch box will. If you find the bag will not fit in the overhead due to the width of the wheels, position the wheels so they're up towards the top of the overhead... The handle position and weight distribution is perfect for me (6'1"). I had no problem loading my lap top, toiletries and change of clothes in this bag (not shoes). I would for sure buy another one as some competitors are nearly twice the price, for a "name" and not an increase in quality (my opinion). The Kensington laptop case has good protection for a laptop. There is sufficient space to carry laptop accessories and a daytimer, folders, a jacket or raincoat, noise reduction earphones and munchies for the road. I'm pleased with it and recommend it for road warriors who travel frequently, as I do. The only drawback is having to leave it plane-side for small planes.
