Digital camera Review: Right on target... for me.
Summary: 4 Stars
I chose this battery for its flexibility and size. It can charge *any* device that will take a charge via USB (iPhone, Garmin GPS, some cameras). I also really like that both the input and output are via standard USB cables.
I have not really given it a workout yet. One time I needed it and it took my nearly depleted iPhone from less than 20% to more than 50% while I ate dinner. This used less than 50% of the battery pack's power. Not very scientific, I know, but as far as I'm concerned, the thing works as advertised and is a great fit for my needs.

The iPhone 3GS battery sucks. Let's face it. So I bought this so I can have extra juice during the day when I commute and I'm away from an outlet or don't want to be tied to one. My wife has the Mophie pack, but I thought it adds too much bulk. This external battery is slim, light, and fits the bill. I can keep the asthetics of the iPhone without adding bulk, listen to music, use the camera, surf the Internet, and have no fear of running out of power. The battery can add a full charge I you start charging from 10-15%, but I usually start charging when I get down to 30-40%, and I can get a full charge in no time with still some juice left in the external battery. Great reliable product...easy to use, designed for travel.....great company service in terms of clarifying usage (i.e. what phone can I use this with?) and response...quick in customer response, high availability.
This product is best used on overnights and long journeys where AC is not available (plane travel). Easily doubles the usage time of my iphone. I'm happy with this product.
Digital camera Review: Dead after 1 month - disappointed with an Amazon's CS representative

Good while it lasted. I bought this just last month and now no longer charges. Called Amazon to ask for replacement but was told I have to call the manufacturer although I was only 1 day short of the return expiration date on finding out that this item no longer works. I am very disappointed with the way you handled this one Amazon. I've been a loyal customer for several years, but after this incident that will not be the case anymore...
Just wanted to add this update. I called Amazon again this morning and spoke to another representative about this issue and the CS rep said he will send a replacement since I was only 2 days over the returned expiration date and the product is defective. Happy now so changing this review to disappointed with one of Amazon's "inconsiderate" CS representative, the one from last night. I wish she realizes that the way she treats a customer affects the company she represents.

This thing is great! When I am on the go and forget to charge my phone... I use it for that... but most of the time... I use it for my plug in personal vaporizer/electronic cigerette and it lasts 2 days!!!Great battery pack!
