Don't bother with the $1.99 Bluetooth dongles. This one works flawlessly, comes with fully functional drivers (toshiba). Even for Win 7, no hassles at all. The only thing I can pick on is the software doesn't look the greatest (although much better than bluesoliel), but still works perfect.Digital camera Review: It works

I bought this item so I could sync my PALM TX with a 64-bit Vista PC. Previously, I used a USB cable to sync my TX with my PC, but when I purchased a 64-bit machine, the cable sync no longer worked. The USB blue tooth device works great.Digital camera Review: It works, but the software is buggy.

The software that comes with this caused me problems. I deleted it and let Windows Vista figure it out. I am able to sych my Palm phone now. The usb adapter has a blue light that blinks all the time. I could do without that.Digital camera Review: Kensington Bluetooth Adapter

The Kensington K33902US BT USB Micro Adapter is one of many Bluetooth items I have used. This is the first I have used to have my computer be Bluetooth ready. The installation was the easiest thing by far. Connecting a Bluetooth Device has proven difficult due to the lack of manual "Search" for the device you are trying to pair. The Adapter auto searches but does have an interval timer so that you can make it more frequent. The range is the only other complaint I have on this device. Due to the nature of Bluetooth, I would have liked it to be able to have been more than 20ft away from my laptop and have my headphones not start to skip or fall out of range.
Overall, this product is a nice piece of work with, so far, minimal drawbacks.

This item works great. I have had no problems with it. I bought it because I have a Palm Pilot and running it on a 64 bit Vista system requires a bluetooth connection instead of the standard USB connection. It worked the first time and everytime since it was installed.
