Digital camera reviews of Kingston 19-in-1 USB 2.0 Flash Memory Card Reader FCR-HS219/1

Digital camera Review: It is what I ordered
Summary: 4 Stars

This item is what was advertised and what I ordered. It works as advertised and as I expected it would. It has met and/or exceeded all of my expectations. I do recommend this to anyone that may be in the market for or in need of such an item.

Digital camera Review: Excellent product!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

Excellent product!!! A little big but i loved the mechanism where it retracts and hides the slots if not in use.

Digital camera Review: Reliable and inexpensive...
Summary: 5 Stars

This is my third card reader, and by far the most reliable. I've used it almost daily for 6 months without any problems (my other two went bad). Highly recommended.

Digital camera Review: Great Memory Reader for my A-DATA 32GB 533X Compact Card
Summary: 5 Stars

I was worried about this "cheaper" memory reader after I read a review about that it doesn't work with some CF memory sizes. It was too late to cancel the order, since I ordered it with the 1 day shipping on 23rd DEC 2009.

Anyway, I took the chance and it came out that this litte reader worked perfectly fine with my new 32GB CF memory card. I also bought this A-DATA 32GB 533X Speedy UDMA CF memory from Amazon.com, and it is being used on my new Canon 5D Mark II camera.

No issue so far, and the data transfer is fast. It took less than 1 min for 2GB+ of data to transfer to my HDD. With my older Sandisk reader (non-UDMA), it took 15 mins instead.

Digital camera Review: Did what I asked of it - success
Summary: 5 Stars

I ordered this after I misplaced and could not find a handy micro USB connector for my Kodac digital camera. I connected this device, put the SD card into it, and it immediately worked - through a USB hub no less. No problems. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I really didn't have much of a problem with the sliding connector - I found a slight push down would enable the pushing back and forth, although I agree you could just leave it pushed back and in the ready use position.
