Digital camera Review: 8GB Kingston DataTraveler
Summary: 5 Stars

I just love this product. I have gotten the 1,2,4, and now 8GB DataTraveler drives. They are very dependable. I make them PE bootable and copy "tools" and other computer troubleshooting software to it. It has been a real life saver.

Digital camera Review: 8GB flash
Summary: 4 Stars

well worth the price, i mean its 8gbs. The only reason its not 5 stars to me is because the cap is real loose.

Digital camera Review: 8GB of storage for cheap
Summary: 4 Stars

This pretty much does what it needs. The write speeds aren't fast, but aren't terribly slow either. I get about 6.5-8.5 MBps write and 20MBps read. I get this on both my laptop and PC, with both this 8GB model and the 4GB model as well. My USB can write @ 60MBps = 480 mbps to an external HDD, which is USB spec so I know it's not my USB. I can't use Ready Boost as it's not compatible with what I am using it for.

All in all, it's does what it needs, it's built sturdy and the cap seems to stay on pretty good.

Digital camera Review: A lot for a little
Summary: 5 Stars

I am using this drive just to backup my system's hard drive. I was pleased with how fast I could copy a 7.7 GB folder on to it. Now I trust that I'll be able to read it in a year or two if I ever have a system failure. I have several other Kingston drives of this series and have never had any trouble with them.
