Digital camera Review: RAM saved the machine from the scrap heap

I got two older DELL "network" machines to try and repair, and did that. One was for my friend and the other one to keep for my service fee. Although it had a nice intel dual core CPU, the machine ran very slowly with Windows XP, and was too annoying to keep, and I considered scrapping it. I bought this 2 Gb mem stick and installed it, and this machine took off nicely. I now have it as a dual boot Windows / Linux Ubuntu server and it runs very nicely. Not much you can say about RAM, but this RAM stick saved that machine from the landfill...Digital camera Review: The Kingston Value

This product is a big help on pc games if you have lagged on your game. It is a exceptional ram for the price. Most feel that it is the graphics card that helps lag, which it does, but you need enough ram for the card to run with so if you have 512mg ram, get it.Digital camera Review: Very good a must buy

It would have gotten 5 stars except for the hard to open plastic package.
(scissors were not tough enough to cut it open, I had to go to my toolbox and get tin snips to get it open.)
