I need to run Win2003 Server and Win XP both in VPC but my host OS is Vista and consume a lot of memory, so I bought this 2GB to upgrade my Toshiba Satellite M105, it works fine, installation was very easy and now I can do virtualization without any problem!! I bought this RAM for an aging MacBook I own to bring it up to the 3GB upper limit my model could handle. Installation was super easy. This 2GB memory card is an excellent value for the price. It was very easy to install. Please remember that if you have 2 smaller memory cards you must insert this 2 GB card as the main memory and at least in mine I couldn't use the other 512MB card in the other slot. Kingston makes some great RAM, and this is another example of that fact. I've used this particular RAM in two different computers: a Dell Mini 9 and a Mac Book. It works well in both applications. If you're looking for high quality RAM that doesn't break the bank, this is the way to go. Also, Kingston has a great warranty and replacement program, so in the off chance that you do have an issue, you know you are covered. This is a great price for some great RAM.
