Digital camera Review: A Great Fit

First off; I bought this camera at Amazon and delivery was prompt.
I have not had a camera since the "film" days. About 4 months ago, I discovered super zoom cameras on TV and began to look into them. I took a liking to the Panasonic zx3 because it would fit into the pocket and had a long zoom. I was saving up to buy one but wanted to examine at least one other camera in the same category. Then I found the Kodak Z915. I knew it was slightly larger and actually had to hope that it would fit in my pocket. It does fit in my shirt pocket.
At that time, I was saving to buy the ZX3. The Z915 already fit my wallet. It is $100 less than the ZX3. That's nice. I bought the Z915 about 2 weeks ago.
Also, as I mentioned above, I haven't used a camera in quite a while. Now with this camera in my pocket, everything is a potential picture. The auto mode is quick; I can take this camera out, push the ON button, zoom to what I want, push the Shoot button half way until green focus box, and click it. This can comfortably take about 5 seconds.
Finally it is good for learning. This camera has enough modes that I will be learning how to use them for quite some time. When I put my 4 gig data card in the camera shows that I have about 1200 pictures left. I have a whole bunch of aa batteries but regular batteries only last for about an hour and a half or so of shooting and fiddling with the pictures. The transfer to the computer was simple with the instructions given. Editing them there is pretty simple. Sending some of them was not quite so simple but it did get done in about 10 minutes. It won't take but a minute next time.
As you can see, I like this camera a lot so far. It fits my pocket, pocketbook,and is exactly what I needed.
