Digital camera Review: 4 Star, but had some technical problems.

I bought the Kodak Pulse frame as a gift for my sister about a week ago. I own a MacBook with 25,000+ photos on my iPhoto application. So, I went to work sorting my iPhotos and emailing about 500+ photos to the Kodak Pulse. Everything seemed to be working efficiently, but randomly a new KEY code appeared on the frame. So, I went to [...] and reentered the new KEY code to link it to the email address I had previously established. Interesting enough, none of the photos were lost, but the current photos that were now on [...] were cleared out. I proceeded to continue emailing photos (one at a time) to the frame and the frame received them. Then another KEY code appeared. Again, I went to [...] and reentered the new KEY code (3rd one). Well, at this point the frame had 800+ photos loaded and was displaying them, no problem. But, then I couldn't get into the website at all and none of the three KEY codes would let me reestablish a link. So, I called the KODAK hot line 800 235 6325. After about an hour on the phone, the technician wasn't able to help me and gave me a trouble ticket number and said someone would call me back. That was 5 days ago. While waiting for the call back, I proceeded to use the CHAT option on the website for help. I think I was chatting with a technician (and trying this and that, per her instructions) for 2+ hours (I was really hoping they would be able to just reset their database and resolve my problem) and she gave me a new trouble ticket number and said someone would call back. That was 4 days ago. In the meanwhile, I returned the frame to the retail store and bought a new one. I came home and decided to load the photos via a flash disk. I don't know if the problem was related to sending so many photos to it via email, but didn't want to risk having the problem occur again.
In general, the photo frame is sleek and displays the photos very crisply. I love the option of being able to email it new photos, but there's obviously a problem if you send it too many. Kodak technical support is a farse. I doubt that I will ever get a call back from Kodak. Especially since, they told me that someone would call me back within 2 days and I'm still waiting.
Kodak definitely needs to add an option to download all the photos from the frame, so that when someone runs into a technical problem like I did, they can just simply reload the photos. I had to resort and pull all my photos from iPhoto again from square one.
In the packaging they don't include a user manual. I did find one on line, not very detailed but it did have a bit more information that than the only insert - Quick Start Guide.
