For $13 which is what I paid for them, they are great. I haven't had a chance to use them for running yet because I got them in the middle of January in IL, but when I ride my exercise bike at home they stay on, and in my ears with no problem. The part that actually goes in your ear is a lot like the ear buds you get with whatever player you buy, but they are shaped a little different. They aren't perfectly round which is why i think they stay in a lot better. The sound is very good for what they cost. If you can get them to really stick in your ears tightly they sound better than $13 headphones. If they don't fit really tight, they still sound pretty good.
