I got this for a Dell mini 9 and it fits perfect. As I think someone else mentioned, the material is similar to what you find on a wetsuit. A kind of rubber within fabric. It's not memory foam like other similar sleeves, but works great if you want something small to keep the scratches off your netbook when it's tossing around in a bag.Digital camera Review: perfect fit
