This little baby is awesome! I bought it for our 18 hour road trip over the summer and it worked like a charm. We had four USB charging adapters plugged into it, two of which had dual USB ports. We were able to charge 2 ipods, 2 phones, and a PSP all at the same time! Build quality seems to be fine. I was kind of skeptical about ordering after reading all the negative reviews, but I'm glad I ordered it. Mounted in my car with the supplied mounting bracket. This is a BIG Power Outlet, so only think about buying it if you have a LOT of space, and it needs to be permanently mounted. I wouldn't want something this BIG to be loose on my center console. It's furnished with a screw-down mounting system, but I mounted mine down low on the right side of the center console with Super-Glue. I didn't want to drill or put screw holes through my console. Also comes with a tape mounting system, but it's too heavy for the tape. One of the ports is fixed for a cigarette lighter, so you can't use it for a normal appliance power outlet, making it effectively a 3-port unit. I've been using it for 3 months with a GPS with a traffic monitor, an iPod kit, and a Radar detector with no issues at all: it handles the power necessary for all 3 just fine. It is HUGE though! Be prepared for its size, and weight, and you'll like its ability to handle power for 3 items with ease. 3 Stars for this one.Digital camera Review: LENMAR 4-way splitter / Dissapointment x 2 !!!

I bought 2 of these. One only worked for a couple of weeks. The 2nd one lasted a few months. Then the "male" end fell apart INSIDE my car's lighter assembly & I had to fish it out w/a needle-nose pliers -w/the car shut OFF, of course.
They were great when they worked. I'd love to find a couple of multi-way adapters that will work & last @ least a couple of years.
