Power port was easy to install in the car. It would have been helpful if screws were included instead of have to hunt around for ones to fit the rather small holes in the mounting base. It would also be helpful if a small drawing was enclosed to show how the base detached (It slides off, but has a lock so it seems like it won't slide unless you push hard enough). Overall the Power Port functioned as expected. Its nice to have 4 outlets to plug in all the 12 volt items that are available for vehicles these days (XM radio, radar detector, GPS, seat messager,portable ice chest, etc..)Digital camera Review: Love It

My iPod needed the outlet to charge and play through the radio. My GPS runs out of juice after a couple of hours. What to do? This works exactly as promised, and thanks to the other great reviews for this I was confident it would. I have used all four at once with no problems, but usually only need two to three at a time. Sturdy construction, mountable, and a wire long enough to avoid any issues like where to put it make this a great buy. Price was well worth it, and I highly recommend for all types of users!Digital camera Review: Melted

I thought this was a great item...at first. After 3 months of intermittent usage, the part that goes into the lighter melted. I checked with the manufacturer, who confirmed that item is still under warranty. Unfortunately, all I have to do is submit a check for $7.50 along with my receipt and pay the postage to mail the item to them and they will decide if they will repair or replace it!! The full cost on Amazon.com was less than $13.00 so I won't be returning it for warranty services! I am really disappointed!Digital camera Review: Melted

Freaking awful. It was working great for the first two days, but the cheap plastic plug melted on me. the day it melted i was barely running anything on it either. GPS, Cig lighter, and a car charger for my gfs phone and a charger/fm transmitter for my phone. Don't buy this.Digital camera Review: Mostly Works as Advertised

I bought this product shortly before a road-trip and it worked mostly as advertised. The few problems I had with it I'm not sure are its fault so I'm not taking off any points for that. I wanted to run my laptop through an inverter as well as a radio transmitter for music, but it appears that if I have the inverter plugged in as well as the transmitter the transmitter will turn off. I'm not sure if this because the transmitter sucks, or the inverter is taking a lot of juice (i think it's a 140W inverter) or because the Lenmar is unable to accommodate that high of a load, but I couldn't get them to work together. I was able to run the inverter by itself, as well as the transmitter and a USB charger together.
