Digital camera Review: Great drive, would buy more!

I have two of the 1TB triple interface models, and one of the 1TB USB only model and find these to be excellent drives. I now have five different LaCie drives and have been very happy with all of them and have never had a problem. I use the two 1TB models in a RAID 1 array on my iMac and use it for storing my iTunes library. Performance is very good and the ability to daisy chain these and stack them makes for a very clean installation which is easily hidden behind my iMac (I also use 9" firewire cables between drives to clean things up too). At this price, I wouldn't hesitate to buy an additional one or two to further expand into a RAID 5 array. This sleek LaCie Hard Disk 1 TB FireWire 400/USB 2.0/eSATA.. works as well as it looks. I use it as an automatic back up on my MAC Leopard system. Speed is fast and totally reliable after one months use. The firewire as well as USB connections makes it great for video. All this in a small package that can fit in a safe deposit box for off site storage.Digital camera Review: Great little drive

Works very well so far. The only issue I have is with the firewire card on my computer. I can only use one firewire connection at a time. If I connect two firewire devices at the same time, my computer will freeze up. In this case, I have to use the USB2 connection instead. I don't think this is the problem of the hard drive itself.
