Last year I purchased the Lapinator Plus for my husband as a Christmas gift. We have both use the pad all the time as it is very comfortable, light weight AND it does keep the heat of the computer away from your lap!! Lapinator vs Lapinator Plus?.... the Plus model is not at all cumbersome and having that extra bit of space is extremely useful for a small notepad/pen and even a calculator. Spending the few extra $$ for this convenience is well worth it.
Since purchasing our first Lapinator Plus, I have also purchased one for our daughter and also one for myself (so we don't have to share). I accidentally purchased the regular Lapinator instead of the Plus and the company was extremely helpful in allowing me to exchange for the correct one. I have had great customer service with them which is rare in today's society.
I would highly recommend this product for anyone who likes to use their laptop while sitting on the sofa, the bed or wherever. A super product!!
