I believe Samsung has added some circuitry to the MX20 which checks for the presence of non-genuine batteries. I bought one (with a charger), charged it up fully with the charger and, even though the battery shows it's 100% charged (in the camcorder!), the camcorder shuts down in about 30 seconds at most. Can you say "class-action lawsuit", Samsung? I know you can.
Until this is resolved, I can't give any replacement battery for the MX20 a good rating but it's not the battery mfr's fault.
