This Model 1150 Heavy Duty Lever Handle Lock is available with a magnetic latchbolt. The magnetic latchbolt is used the same as a deadlatch. When pulled out the latch now becomes a deadbolt. When the door is closed, a magnet strike plate pulls the deadbolt head out. A hardened ring on the head of the bolt is hacksaw proof. The bolt can not be pried open with any tool. This is a right handed lock. From the outside of the door, whichever side the hinges are on, that is what handed lock you need. If you need a left handed lock, please specify that when ordering.
