The Pro 9000 lives up to the rave reviews given it by Industry test magazines. Installation was simple, and performance in it's HD mode was excellent. E-mail resolution as to be expected is fair, photos can go up to 8MP with software enhancement. I don't see any reason to expect better performance from another product unless you double the price, but that's just my opinion. I bought this product after trying several other web-cams and found it to be much more real in terms of what you could see on your screen and with lighting ect, plus it has many different movement functions. (Try with Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.1, for free if you dont have a very good graphics card or PC)Digital camera Review: Best For The Price

After reading the many other reviews of the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000, I decided to purchase my first web cam. The reviews were right on the mark, and I'm very pleased with the Logitech Pro 9000. For the price, it is an excellent web cam. The only "wish" I would make would me the elimination of the slightly blurry image when, for example, you move, probably too fast for the cam. Perhaps, that feature/web cam quality would be for another price range.Digital camera Review: Best I've used

Up until now, I've never used or wanted a webcam, but now I live in a different city from my fiancee and wanted to videochat. The first webcam I tried, the Microsoft Lifecam, was horrible; you could barely make out where someone might be sitting in the blurry photo. I was a bit put off by the price of this one, but it was on sale and the reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. The picture quality is wonderful. You can zoom in and out and look in different directions without moving the camera. It even has an optional feature that follows you and zooms as you move around.
Now both of us are using these webcams. We're very happy with them.

I love this camera, I bought this to talk with my husband in Iraq and his camera was not nearly as crisp as mine but luckily he enjoyed the excellent quality of the videos so much he put them on his Ipod Touch.
