I agree with other reviewers that this headset hurts my ears after awhile. Otherwise the sound quality is very good as is the microphone. My biggest complaint is the in-line control module. It has a worthless "slit" for attaching to a pocket or the collar of your tshirt. Most of my shirts do not have pockets and it is very annoying to clip the unit to the collar as the cord then hits you in the jaw or neck. A squeeze clip that you can clip anywhere on your shirt would be better.Digital camera Review: Awesome headset, one slight con though

This headset is awesome. The mere fact that it is a USB headset makes the sound quality much better than regular mic-jack microphones. People I talk to tell me I sound high quality. It rests comfortably on my head and ears, even after long periods of time. I've read other reviews of this same product where people said it started to hurt their ears but I think it just might be the shape of their head because it doesn't bother me at all. The only "con" about this headset is if you have sound speakers hooked up to your computer, you have to open up programs that you want to use the headset with AFTER you plug in the headset. If you open up the program, then plug in the headset, the program sounds come out of your speakers rather then go through your headset. I'm using this on Windows XP SP3 and I also use the headset on a Windows Vista laptop and they both experience the same issue. However it is not a problem with Skype at all. It doesn't matter when I plug in the headphones to the computer, Skype will automatically switch to the headset.
So aside from that, I love this headset, it works great!

Either I have a really big head or this product is made for kids. Either way it feels incredibly tight and I cannot stand wearing more than a minute or so. The mute button works but the volume doesn't (tried on both XP and Vista). The so-called instruction manual is useless. This thing is going straight to the garbage bin.
