Initially, I thought this was a fabulous product, but after a couple of months the mouse started 'acting up'. This keyboard/mouse combo came on the market several years ago and no longer appears on the Logitech homepage. The keyboard has a variety of convenient functions such as media controls and one-button access to some programs, etc., but has some drawbacks. One is that you don't know whether you are in the Standard or Enhanced mode for Function keys unless you hit the Mode key, which brings up a message on the screen. You may have to change a setting for this feature. No technical information comes with the product, other than basic set-up information. Some trial and error effort is involved to get the Standard and Enhanced functions straight, or to modify the four programmable keys. The Forum on Logitech's web page is useful, but can be time consuming. Another potential drawback is that you have to hit the keys fairly firmly or the desired result (letter or space) isn't achieved. I added a strip of velcro to the space bar after finding that the pressure I am used to applying was sometimes inadequate. Works fine. The mouse is very basic compared to others on the market, but adequate. For the price, the LX300 is ok, but not great. Digital camera Review: So good..I bought a second one

This set responds rapidly and has a long battery life. I had the Logitech Bluetooth Lazer set and tossed it. I purchased this set instead of the Bluetooth and Love it. My husband ended up tossing his Bluetooth for one like this also.Digital camera Review: Not a problem

My brother has this keyboard and mouse. I really liked it so I got one for me. I have not had a problem with it. The last wireless pair that I got ran out of batterys too quickly and kept lossing the connection. I am very happy with my new wireless.
