This product has lived up to its expectations. The keyboard pictures show some kind of glow in the keys which is not there in the keyboard. But this does not prevent me from giving it a good rating.
This is actually my second Logitech wireless combo. Amazing ease of installation and use.

I use this mouse/keyboard with my HTPC hooked up to a 52'' LCD TV. I usually sit 8-10 feet away from the TV and this mouse/keyboard is flawless. I can also take the mouse and keyboard into my kitchen about 20' away and it still works great without missing a beat.
I recently went through 2 other keyboards before I finally broke down and bought this one. I had the Logitech 3200 and it was constantly skipping letters or the mouse wouldn't run smoothly, And this was at only 8 feet away. The Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution has got to be one of the best keyboards I have ever used, a bit pricy but the best. It uses Bluetooth to get the range you need instead of RF
Please don't make the same mistake I did and buy 2-3 other keyboards before buying the Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution.
If you need a Home Theater PC (HTPC) mouse and keyboard, Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution is the one to get. Period!

Very easy to set up. Love that the mouse has a recharging station (Wish the keyboard did as well, however it doesn't seem to use the batteries up very quickly.)
Very comfortable mouse and the love the feel of the keys on the keyboard when I type. Mouse has all the buttons and wheels you could ever need on a mouse. Great response time.
Keyboard has some great extra features that aren't important, but nice (like synching with Outlook to tell me I have email, temperature, time, etc.) Lots of other quick key opportunities on the keyboard that I just haven't had time to explore and configure.
Very much recommend it.
