Digital camera reviews of Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 with Vibration Feedback (Black)

Digital camera Review: Doesnt work with all games
Summary: 3 Stars

I bought this controller to use with Lost Planet and it was not compatible. It is pretty comfortable and installation of the software required me to download software.

Digital camera Review: Durable, works! Great Value!
Summary: 5 Stars

After connecting my desktop via HDMI to my 42" Sony Bravia 3LCD I wanted to play my PC games (and N53 EMU games!) at high-res just like my PS3. This is the answer.

The Software could be more graphic, I don't like the long menus you have to click through to assign the buttons. The directions are crap, the booklet is useless and it took me some time and frustration to set up. But, that being said, the controler is great.

Put simply, you have to click on a control, add a command, then press assign a name for the button and press the key on your keyboard to assign. You have to use a seperate interface for your mouse.

In the end I set it up like the PS3 controller. But you have to set up each and every game. It works real well once done. This is a heavy, solid, sturdy unit.

My one issue, no rechargable battery. A simple USB recharger would have been perfect for this.

I would aslo recomend a simple interface, have a graphic of the controller, click on a buton, assign a commnad, move on.

This worked perfect with games like "Clive Barker's Jerhico" and "Zelda 64" using the Project 64 Emu.

Buy it! It's the best PC control out there.

Digital camera Review: Everything I needed and More

This product is great. I use it to race my dragracing on street challenge online.

Digital camera Review: Everything just works
Summary: 4 Stars

Short and simple review:

Pros
- Super easy installation, like installing a USB mouse.
- Highly customizeable software profiler for any game
- Good button feel; 10 usable buttons, not counting the Dpad and vibration and mode buttons.
- Comfortable shape (for small hands), not too light, not too heavy
- Good wireless range and freedom, wireless module is conveniently small and unassuming.
- Easy access to turn off vibration and mode switch for fast switching between D-pad and Analog
- Good looking controller

Cons
- questionable comfort for large hands; the way the handles are shaped, they feel that they are made for smaller hands.
- the angle of the handles are too vertical, not good for your wrists if you like holding the controller close to your body when you play. For optimal comfort, you would have to hold the gampad almost two feet away from your chest/stomach, so that your wrists don't bend too much.
- the D-pad feels loose and not stiff at all like other gamepads

Logitech also makes 2 other versions of this pad if you don't want to spend 30 dollars on this. A wired one with rumble, and a wired one without rumble.

Digital camera Review: Excellent Product
Summary: 5 Stars

This controller does exactly what it says it can do. I am very pleased with this product.
