This controler is a great product. Through the wireless there is no lag, and when you get to start playing with it you hardly notice the little black box on the bottom where the batteries go. When I played the Need For Speed Carbon, I could feel the vibration. This controller makes many games very ralistic. When I scraped my mirrior on the right side of my car, I could feel the vibration on the right side. This is my second controller, my first was Logitech Dual Action Game Pad USB. I'd have to say that this controler is a lot heaver than my first one, but overall this is a good buy.Digital camera Review: Cordless Rumblepad

Distance is not a problem, if you can see the monitor, there'll be not connectivity issues.
Battery life is quite good. There is no OFF button, it only takes power when you press the button. No delay whatsoever. Vibration is good and gradual to the action in the game you play. Perfect for EA Sports from Madden to FIFA.
