Digital camera Review: Best Wireless Mouse
Summary: 5 Stars

I've actually purchased this mouse twice because I loved it so much. The first time was years ago when it was first released, and no other mouse has ever been anywhere close to as good. If you want a wireless mouse, this one is perfect in just about every aspect.

I've always thought, what good is a wireless mouse that isn't a trackball? Wireless mouse that require you to move the mouse around a surface extremely limits the places you can use your mouse other than a desk or table. That's one of the primary reasons I love this mouse. The trackball wireless design means I can put it on any surface, no matter how small an area, and use my mouse as normal. Even if you aren't used to a trackball mouse, it doesn't take a long time to get used to it, and I find that it ends up being faster and easier to move your mouse on screen than with traditional mice.

This mouse also fits so perfectly and comfortably in your hands you can use it for hours without feeling fatigue or uncomfortable. All the buttons and the trackball are set right under your fingers and are very natural and easy to use. The wireless function is done very well, you can use this from a good distance (if you are far enough away and can still see your computer screen, you can still use this), and you do not need it to be lined up with the sensor.

My only wish that would have made this a perfect mouse would have been the horizontal scroll wheel. It has the normal scroll wheel, but many new mice today have a function that allows the scroll wheel to be "tilted" from side to side to provide horizontal scrolling (like when a webpage is wider that your browser's screen). A small issue, but would be nice for future releases.

Digital camera Review: Best ever!
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this trackball! This is the only mouse I will use.
Pros: Easy to use, no wires, comfortable
Con: Opening the battery compartment cover which has a small slot to access the compartment can be tricky. If you're not careful you can damage the battery compartment cover.
Despite this it's the best and most comfotable for me to use. I highly recommend it.

Digital camera Review: Best mouse

The only movement is your thumb. It requires little effort. Cordless is just one less cord drapped across the desk. Keep the receiver as close to the mouse as possible (2 feet?) or it will not move properly. It takes a couple of days to get used to, but after you do, you will never want to use a regular mouse again.

Digital camera Review: Best mouse I ever owned
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought one of these because I wanted a mouse that I didn't need to scoot around a mousepad. I bought it with my first computer 10 years ago, and the left click just gave out about a week ago. I have an avid gamer, and I was in the military when I bought this mouse, so it's seen hard times and it has worked like a champ all these years. If you like trackballs, I highly recommend getting this one. Yes, the receiver is of decent size, but I've never found it to interfere with portability. I've owned 3 laptops and have used this mouse on each one. I'm only replacing it now because I've worn left-click completely out. The receiver range is actually quite long, I've used the mouse from across a 25ft room before with no slowdown or loss of accuracy.
10 years of hard use. THIS is why I love Logitech.

Digital camera Review: Best mouse I have ever used
Summary: 4 Stars

I do a lot of work on my computer. I do graphic design as well as network administration and various other things. I have had issues with carpal tunnel type issues on standard mice. This mouse is the best thing I have ever found. I have used mine for 3+ years. It is comfortable, easy, smooth, and accurate. Once you are used to not moving your hand, it is a breeze and is crucially useful in dual monitor set ups (trying moving your hand on a standard mouse across two screens without picking it up).

Last year I got a Macbook Pro and have been using a mighty mouse and although for a mouse it is good, it is painfully obvious that I miss my trackman when using it. It is so apparent that I just bought a cordless version for that laptop specifically. It is a large body mouse as some have noted, which can be annoying physically, but it is so good at what it does I don't notice. It is great ergonomically and I have not had one pain since using it.
