If you love track balls this is the one for you! I have used trackballs always. I have always been a fan of this trackball and now that I have one cordless it is just perfect for me. If you have a medium size hand like mine it will fit perfectly. The advantage of course of a trackball is that you don't have to move your hand all around like you do a regular mouse and end up off far from where you started. Your hand fits the molded ergonomic shape comfortably, there are two buttons and a wheel which can also be used as a button. Through the software provided you can choose what you want those buttons to do. The Marble makes this mouse extremely accurate and it just becomes an extention of your hand. This mouse is superior to its microsoft counterpart which was way too big for my hand and didn't have the smoothness of the Trackman Marble. Digital camera Review: good mouse easy to use

I have trouble with my tendonitis elbow and shoulder so this mouse is excellent because I don't have to move my arm like with a regular mouse. I can put this cordless mouse in my lap, on the arm of the chair, or anywhere that is comfortable and only have to move my thumb to control the direction of the pointer. The only problem I have had is that sometimes the pointer doesn't show up on screen and moving the ball doesn't move the pointer so I have to turn the mouse upside down and tap it to get the mouse to work again. Have had the corded version of this item for ever multiple of them and love it!! Was hoping for a good travel version of this item with less cord :( not exactly what we expected. The usb connection has a fair amount of cord and a large receiver.. was hoping more for just a small usb connector and no wire -- other then that it works as well as the corded version. Will hope for better connections in the future.
