Digital camera reviews of Logitech FreePulse Wireless Headphones

Digital camera Review: Computer problem
Summary: 3 Stars

I have been using the headphones for ipod and they have worked fine, except in cold weather. But when I use them for my computer and go online with them the headphones interfere with the internet connection and takes a lot longer to load things and sometimes it does not load at all. So if you are looking to buy headphones for your computer then do not buy these ones, get one with a wire.

Digital camera Review: DEFECTIVE
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought mine refurbished on eBay. I'm an idiot for not reading the listing thoroughly. I paid about $88 and I could have gotten them brand new for the same price, I thought I was buying new. Mine never worked properly. They would cut in and out at a distance of two feet, but it was only occasionally . When they did work, I thought they sounded very impressive for a cordless headphone set. Thirty days after I bought them (right when the return policy expired) the transmitter would not turn on. Both the headphones and transmitter appear to be charging when I plug them in and the headphones come on as normal. I called Logitech's customer service to be told that because I bought them from a private seller and they were refurbished, that Logitech could not help me have the faulty unit fixed. I didn't expect them to repair the unit for free.
I planned to pay them for the repair, but they will not repair them and they will not sell me a transmitter. He did say he was sorry though, me too. I recently looked on eBay and Amazon again and I noticed that there is a very large number of refurbished FreePulse headphones available. I have the feeling now that overall this a bad product. I wouldn't recommend buying them new (unless you can find a three year warranty) and especially not used or refurbished. Logitech will leave you high and dry if you do not have a warranty, they won't even sell you replacement parts. $88 down the drain!

Digital camera Review: Decent sound but uncomfortable
Summary: 3 Stars

After liking the original Logitech Wireless MP3 headsets, I raced out to buy these once the original's headband cracked. Initially I thought they were a big improvement. Same decent sound quality (very good but not great) and the new flexible headband meant that it wouldn't have the band crack in the middle again. I didn't mind that they could not be adjusted as they "seemed" to fit just right, at first. After the first 45 minutes of use, my opinion changed. Boy are they uncomfortable. My ears start to ache every time. I continue to use them because I use them to work out on a treadmill or elliptical and for 45 minutes to an hour a day, I can deal, but if I planned to use these for a couple of hours at a time, I would be very disappointed at the fit.

Overall, I recommend them if you plan to use them for shorter periods of time, but be careful if you are going to use them for daily commutes, etc.

Digital camera Review: Defective Product - No Support
Summary: 1 Stars

The Freepulse was nice (although uncomfortable) when it worked. After about three weeks - the headphone no longer work and would not charge. Per Logitech forum - it is some kind of issue with the batteries and it is a known issue. I have submitted two tickets and posted on their forum - so far no response after three weeks. The question is - do you want to gamble $80 and hope that your Freepulse will work....

Digital camera Review: Did they even test this design?
Summary: 1 Stars

I can't even wear these for 30 minutes without extreme ear pain. Did Logitech even test these before market? What a waste of money.
