Digital camera Review: Awesome Keyboard

I have owned MANY keyboards, I usually stick with a design and only buy that kind once I get used to it. This keyboard was recommended because of the ability to add Macros, Gamming setups for those of you who play games (WOW). It's lighted, the keys are perfectly spread apart so I am not hitting the wrong keys at the wrong time. It has a lighted display, so I can see right on the screen what the volume is, Time, etc. It also has two USB ports very easy to reach at the back of the keyboard, which is VERY convenient. I had to write, anyone questioning buying this keyboard should have reasurrance that this keyboard rocks!! Even if you don't play games, it's still very nice to have the lighted keys (typing in the dark) :)

I love using this keyboard on my windows machines. It is easy to set up and is very intuitive in its game settings. The added keys allow for some neat macros to be used in World of Warcraft. These allow for added pwnage against people with standard keyboards.
I tried using this on my Mac Pro OSX 10.5.x. It did function as any normal keyboard but the extra keys didn't seem to do too well. I was able to tweak it a bit but they were never as good as when I was using it in Windows Vista.
All in all a wonderful piece of kit for your Windows based machine.

The keyboard itself is nice, very easy to use and user friendly. One thing I recommend for the Audio control in the center of the panel, do not press the button too hard, be gentle. Within the first 10 minutes of using it, pressing the button even slightly too hard will cause one of the plastic supports to break, and sink into the board. button still function, just a pain for my OCD it see a button sink in.

Digital camera Review: Backlight is key!

The quick and dirty: I had to buy a new keyboard when I dumped a full glass of wine on my old one. This one is great. Backlight rocks. The macro keys are all but useless. The keyboard is a bit thick so your fingers will take a bit to get used to it. The thing is a bit wide, too. The LCD version is relatively useless for gaming since you have to take your eyes off the screen to look at it, though there's a subculture that codes all sorts of things for it. I highly recommend this keyboard.
