I've had this remote for about a month now, and I have loved it since day one. Even my wife admitted that she liked it, and when it comes to electronics, she usually finds everything that I buy is useless. The setup was easy, tweaking it to my liking was fairly quick also. The only problem I had was when the software asked me to teach certain controls from one of my old remotes...the harmony remote could not pick up its infrared signal, so it kept asking me to try again. I eventually was able to get it done, though, so everything is great! You couldnt tell that it was refurbished, either, so I'm really happy with it.Digital camera Review: Hard to program

Using the regular instructions, I found this device very difficult to program for my admittedly unusual setup. Even with help from a quite friendly and patient Logitech telephone tech support person my setup still doesn't work. (I am an electrical engineer, have worked on designing computers and have been a volunteer computer tech support person.)Digital camera Review: Harmony 659

Excellent remote for the price. Great easy features and controls. It runs all my devices with a single touch of a button. Don't let the word "Refurbished" scare you, the remote looks brand new (to me anyway) with accessories. Reccomended highly.Digital camera Review: Harmony 659

I'm very happy with this purchase. If you are familiar with Harmony remotes and their capabilities, you won't be disappointed. Refurbished remote came in plain white cardboard box with "Refurbished by Logitech" printed on the outside; includes usb cable, instruction booklet, and installation cd. It looks brand new with no sign of previous use whatsoever. Definitely worth the savings to go with the refurb in my opinion.
