Digital camera Review: Awesome remote Horrible Customer Service from Amazon/India

I ordered this a month ago and finaly received it today.Got it when it was 59.99 said it was in stock when I ordered but when I called after 2 weeks they said it was on back order.They never once called me or emailed me to let me know.I called to find out what was going on after that I got a email every 3 days telling me if I didn't approve the new arrival date they would cancel my order!!I had to play there game for 2 weeks!! I did buy it from Amazon itself.Call center is in India and they had no idea of what customer service is.
Besides that this remote is awesome not only does it control your TV DVD Stereo and cable it also changes the source automatically!! No pressing different buttons I only press 1 and everything works want to watch DVD's press that button and it changes the input turns on the DVD player and switches the mode on the surrond sound with one push.I love it I am glad I went through the hassle but I will probably never shop here again unless it is a price I can't refuse:)

Well worth 50 bucks, this remote was very easy to program using the computer interface. I never thought I could push one button to turn on my tv, tuner, and satellite box all at once.
This is a must have for anyone that has surround sound.

Works great with my Tivo, TV, and Sony Home Theater system. I went from three remotes to one. The online programming of the remote takes about an hour but it is well laid out and easy to do. The remote is awesome only if it works..The battery supplied does not work and the reote has defects as dead on arrival or problem with battery discharge due to"Glow"button.
My frinds were lucky as theirs work perfectly..Awesome product though..

This is my third Harmony Remote, and is the best yet. Like all of the previous models, it supports every A/V device I own and the web-based setup has a good balance of ease-of-use and flexibility.
The interchangable face plates are a nice extra, but not a major factor in my selection. The button layout is very good and the LCD screen can be set up to add a couple of buttons needed for specific devices. (I added the "live" button for my Hi-Def DVR as an example).
This is a good value when compared to other "universal remotes" and the Tech Support is amazing. I replaced at least five remotes and support the following components: 50" HDTV, HD DVR, Receiver, DVD player, VCR, 5 disc CD player, and an old dual cassette deck.
