Digital camera Review: 1 Star for Setup Issues

I have have been quite pleased with my Harmony One for quite some time so when I decided to "upgrade" to a RF based remote the 900 seemed like an obvious choice. As the owner of several pervious Harmony remotes I have always appreciated the ease of upgrading from one to the next using the Logitech software. When I purchased the One all I had to do is plug it in and within minutes it was ready to use. NOT SO with the 900--one must start from scratch and create a new account and complete the entire setup all over. Exacerbating the problem during setup has been issues with Logitech's "cloud based" user interface. While it is a great concept to have all the user settings stored online, it is a HUGE issue if those services are not available when the customer is attempting to setup their product. If I can ever get get my remote setup I reserve the right to revise my rating, but based upon my experience so far with this remote the rating is one star.
