If you have an xbox360 and an entertainment center with a lot of components this is the best remote solution I have seen. I am very impressed. Initial setup was easy but there will be some tweaking to get more advanced functions to work the way you want them to. After the remote is setup a single button click will switch between Watch TV, Watch DVD, or anything else you want to configure. Also has a "Help" feature that will guide you through correcting a setup if you did not have the remote pointed in the direction of the components or something was blocking the IR receiver like kids or wife.Digital camera Review: Excellent Product

There is really not much I would change about this product and it is a must have for anyone whose Xbox 360 is a central component of their home theater. I've used this remote for over a year now and I think I've changed the batteries once. It is a bit tedious to set up and fine tune how you want the controls to work, but believe me it is worth it. This remote does the job of my four previous remotes combined with the touch of a single button. BTW, don't bother with the fancy color screens and RF remotes. This is actually my second Harmony 360 remote...I bought one back when they first came out, and used it so much that i eventually wore out the main buttons. The software used to program the remote is simple and intuitive, and it's a good intro into the world of programmable universal remotes...Plus the integration with the Xbox 360 is a nice touch.Digital camera Review: Excellent RC

The device works as advertised. I have replaced remotes for 4 devices, as well as using the functionality of the xBox buttons. Very handy.
After setting up your remote via your PC, be sure to change your preferences so that the Harmony software isn't running in Windows all the time; after you set up and tweak your devices, you won't need the software until you change something in your system - like getting a new AV receiver, a new DVD player, a new TV, etc.
The 'Activities' process works pretty well, although it took me some tweaking to get all the buttons programmed for each activity I wanted to define.
All in all, this product works very well. My only complaint at this point is the size of the numeric buttons at the bottom. I would like them to be larger.
