I have to admit that this takes a little getting used to but once you do........you'll laugh about the days that you had (in my case) 4 remotes sitting on the coffee table. Imagine if you could simply press a button called "Watch a DVD" and your TV turns on, changes to the correct input, your receiver turns on and changes to the correct input, then your DVD player turns on and the tray ejects. Insane.....the highest level of laziness. It's what I've always dreamed of........"tear".... I would recommend this product to anyone that considers themself an average computer user. If your any less than that you MAY have trouble with programming this remote. If you can't set the clock on your VCR than you won't be able to use this ver well.Digital camera Review: Almost perfect. I'm very glad I purchased this, but there are still some snags or I'm just unable to figure them out (usability issues?). I feel Logitech has thought this product through so well (good job PM team) that any issues I have now will likely be worked out.
Pros:
* Lights up automatically when touched
* Supported all of the products I own
* Initial setup was completely painless
* Light switch is easy to find
* Well balanced and fits in the hand comfortably
* Long battery life (so far)
* Help feature often helps to resolve sync issues
* Activities feature turns on several devices in order (watch a movie turns on tv, DVD player, changes the input to dvd, etc.)
Cons:
* Devices become unsychronized easily
* Mixing controls between devices (such as using TV volume when in xbox mode) doesn't always work despite what the config app says, and is seemingly impossible to configure
* PC application is somewhat confusing when configuring more advanced features
* Some features where a key press is required more than once fail to work due to timing.
Would be even better if:
* The device connected to the PC using BlueTooth rather than a USB cord
* Pre-configured device profiles had function layouts that were more logical (e.g. power on the 1st softkey page rather than the 2nd or 3rd) and were more ubiquitous across devices (e.g. power was always in the same softkey spot)

Highly recommended, super easy to use, controls all my devices(TV, HDDVD, receiver, 360, and cable box with PVR). Even those who are not electronics saavy will have no problems with remote. It's worth the $130 easy, but for $71.25 shipped you should not pass this one up.Digital camera Review: Amazing after a little effort.

I feared that the 360 version would be a little gimmicky or would not be able to control everything I needed it to.
Right out of the box it will control the 360 (of course) and setting up activities is not hard but will take a little bit of your time. The benefit to this is that it will give you a better understanding of how your various components are connected. Knowledge is always good.
This remote has the ability to do 99% of whatever you need it to do in terms of controlling your home theater set up and it will do it fairly easily. Time is really the only investment that you'll need to make to get everything set up exactly as you'd like it because if the remote doesn't perform the function as it should you simply press "help" on the remote and it will walk you through fixing the problem.
My set up has everything from a new Denon receiver to a 19 year old Denon CD player and the database had the remote codes for all of it. Amazing.
Besides the functionality the remote looks great and the backlighting is clear and for all of the buttons. Some have noted that the number buttons are too small but I rarely use those and when I have they were easy to use.
I can not imagine how this remote would not suit your needs.
