I've bought two Logitech Momo Force wheel controllers and they are really great. Easy to use and configure, can be used with or without the force feedback, which is how I use it. Just disconnect the power supply to it.
My real complaint is the prices I seen on Amazon for it. $250 and more for this controller absolutely outrageous! I've never paid more that $100 for one, the last one I ordered online from WalMart and paid $82.00. Many other places like Best Buy, Frys, etc, have it for $73 to $100.
The next step up is the Logitech G25 wheel and can be found for $200 or less.
Do a little shopping around before purchasing one, should never have to pay more than $100 for one.
I do highly recommend this controller.

Sure we would all like to have a BRD or TSW, but this is the best bang for the buck of any wheel out there. Matches perfectly with all the current sims, including rFactor (a MUST have, rfactor.net), GTR, GTL, RBS and the venerable GPL. Great wheel feel with limited slip, sequential shifter works nicely as the e-brake for RBR and the multiple buttons and assignable pedal axis make this perfect for all applications. Love this wheel (gerat bang for the buck) - all the functions I want and even one I don't need, the stick shift can be put on either side. The software is great, too. The MOMO Racing wheel has good force feedback effects, much better than previous wheels i've used. It uses gears to create the effects so some rattling is experienced, but not enough to discourage playing. Software is great in assisting with customizing buttons for all types of racing games. Rubber wheel makes it very easy to hold on during intense steering with stick shifter and paddles being great additions. Recommended buy.
