Digital camera Review: Mouse is great but you only get 3

I buy computer supplies for my office. I usually go through about 10 mice per month. Logitech has always been my favorite choice. They are very reliable. But if you try to buy more than 3 at one time, you will be disappointed. For some strange reason Amazon will limit your purchase to 3 at a time. I tried to let them know about this mistake on their website but they didn't seem to care (or didn't understand). Luckily there are several other internet suppliers who have the same product at an equal or better price.
I noticed a few people complained about skipping and jumping. The fix to this problem is simple and I see it quite often when a new user starts work at my office. This (and most other optical mice) cannot be used on a shiny surface. You don't need a mouse pad but any kind of non-reflective surface will work fine. Change your work surface and I'm sure you will be back with a 5 star rating.

It is just a very nice mouse. It feels good in the hand and the scroll wheel and buttons have a great feel. I have purchased five of these mice and the only problem I have noticed is that with two or three of them, the scroll wheel needed to be broke in. It was stiff and rough at first, after using it for a few hours the scroll wheel became free moving with nice crisp detents.Digital camera Review: Not bad but required pad

When I used the mouse without pad, the mouse pointer intermittently jumped (usually small but sometimes large distances) without corresponding mouse movement. On the same desk, a Microsoft Intellimouse did not have this problem. The problem disappeared with a mouse pad, though.Digital camera Review: Pleasantly Surprised

I have this mouse in white and it works very well. The only thing I might like better is if it was cordless but I didn't want to spend much on such a basic piece of computer equipment. I keep it on a mouse pad out of habit but it does not require a pad. It's very lightweight and durable. Logitech is a brand that I am new to but so far they have been excellent. I would recommend this product highly.
