This mouse is just what I needed for my netbook. It is small enough to pack away for travel, the cord wraps around the sides/base of the mouse and the USB plug snaps onto the bottom of the mouse so it stays put for storage. I primarily got this mouse for my mother, who hates using the track-pad on the laptop. This mouse does what it is supposed to do, just like any other mouse. This is one of those products that is just what it is, and nothing more- cheap and versatile. It does its job.

It is cool small mouse, suitable to fit in your laptop bag. Wire winding feature is cool, but I don't wind it fully as then wire gets really tight and I fear that it may break. Cool device.Recommended.Digital camera Review: Cord management causes problems

The cord management feature eventually causes the mouse to die. All of that unwrapping and re-wrapping of the mouse cord around the base eventually wears out the wires inside, and the connection becomes spotty and then the mouse stops working. As an example, the same thing happens when you bend a metal hanger at the same spot over and over. It eventually breaks. I would suggest going with a retractable solution or a wireless mouse.
