I have to say that of all the Logitech mice I have used (this would probably be the fifth or so), this might be my least favorite of them all.
For me, the biggest issue is with the clicking on the scroll wheel. It is obnoxiously loud compared to any other mouse I have, a very hollow and cheap-mouse sound when you click it. Not what I expected at this price point. I have cheaper Logitech mice that are much better looking and better functioning and they are whisper quiet by comparison.
I've also noticed that if you try to use the side scrolling feature (left/right) and press even a little bit too hard to the side, you will inadvertently click the scroll wheel downward, which is very annoying. Again, this is something that makes it feel like a cheap mouse.
It's also very light weight and slimmer than most mice. I think if you have moderate to large hands, this mouse will be a poor fit. I've considered returning this mouse, but I bought it for use at work in my cubical and not at home, so it's still better than the crappy IBM mouse I have over there. That said, if it was for home use, I'd have returned it. I don't feel it was a good use of my money and I think a much nicer mouse could have been had for the same price.
My advice is to pass on this one if you're interested in a quality optical mouse. The tracking is good on this model (compare to other opticals anyway), to be sure, but the quality is just not there. I have seen similar mice with the same model number, perhaps a new version, but cannot comment on those. The one pictured here, however, is definitely not worth purchasing.

Just what I needed. It isn't too big or too small for my hand and I haven't had any problems with it yet. I've had it for over a year already and I use it every day all day so it is reliable.
