Look, I needed a mouse, to use the new laptop i got at work, didn't want to go with something fancy so I bought this item used. IT's the first time I tried second handed items and I loved it!... delivery was fast, the item is NEW I had to sit down for 10 minutes looking for evidence to beleive this was used.
Onky thing tho it didn't come with the software, you don't really need one this is plug N play hoever if you're a compulsive customizer like me then you'd just go to logitech website and download it. might take you 10 minutes...
the price for this baby as new is over $60 US, I got mine for 10 plus shipping...

I previously had purchased a different brand of wireless mouse, I can't
recall the brand, but it was awful (battery contacts wouldn't stay in contact
and it was hard to use). I was using my laptop at my brother's house and he
lent me his Logitech V200. It was AWESOME! Just plug in and use!
I went home that nite and looked it up here and saw that others had had
similar experiences, so I bought one. I've had it for about a month now
and love it. The scroll wheel being able to lean left & right for sideways
scrolling is a nifty feature.
I recommend this product highly.

I have been using the Logitech V200 for a couple of weeks now and find it is very responsive, feels solid, works great, and is nicely customizable. Since I am a lefty, it comes in very handy when others use my PC, and I have one less cord to clutter my desk. Once I get the wireless keyboard and speakers, my workstation may look less like a mess of spider webs and more like an organized and clean work space. Absolutely amazing mouse.
BATTERY
I purchased this mouse months ago, use the mouse for work, and still have not replaced the battery.
SIZE
This is a mid-size mouse, not too small, not too large. I feel that its the ideal size because it fits comfortably in the hand and at the same time isn't obnoxiously large or small
TECHNOLOGY
Uses infrared light instead of optical. Judging from my past experiences with non-infrared mice, I think this does improve the performance of the mouse.
WIRELESS ADAPTER
Fits nicely on the bottom of the mouse (clips on). However, if you travel around a lot, the wireless USB adapter does tend to come off of the mouse. Normally this isn't a problem but with this mouse, when the USB adapter is removed from the bottom of the mouse, this activates the mouse. Its amazing that even with this occurring, the battery life STILL hasn't run out on my mouse. Although a minor annoyance, I don't that this little con would affect my decision to buy this mouse.
CONCLUSION
This is the best mouse I have ever owned. I am not a gamer and not sure how gamers would feel about it, but I have to say that compared to other mice, the response time on this is excellent, the fact that the scroll wheel scrolls up/down AND LEFT/RIGHT is very innovative, and this mouse is very affordable. The software that comes with the mouse is excellent as well, it also allows you to customize the left/right scroll functionality as well as other qualities of the mouse. Logitech hit the nail on the head with this one.
