Digital camera reviews of Logitech V450 Cordless Laser Mouse

Digital camera Review: Best mouse yet
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this mouse just a month ago and frankly I love it. It's performed flawlessly and while it might be a little small for my large hand this has caused no problem. A great feature is that it's size makes it easy to carry when away from home and the ability to store the receiver in the unit is an added plus. You simply can't go wrong with this mouse!

Digital camera Review: Best wireless mouse I've ever used
Summary: 5 Stars

I tried a wireless bluetooth mouse from Microsoft a few years ago and the experience drove me to return to a corded mouse. After reading the reviews on Amazon, I purchased the V450 for my laptop. My experience was so positive that I purchased another for our desktop at home. Battery life is excellent, fit is great in my large hands (and my wife's small hands), and pointer precision is perfect. This is truly the best mouse that I've ever used.

Digital camera Review: Bought 11 and they are great! Highly recommended
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought 11 of these for our teachers to be mobile while teaching from the LCD projectors. Plug and play right out of the box--no driver loading needed on our XP laptops and desktops. Long range--over 30 ft; couldn't find a dead zone in our large library. Highly recommended!

Digital camera Review: Buy a good wireless mouse!
Summary: 5 Stars

I messed around with some off brands and regretted it,
they were sloppy, paused, lost signals.

This one works fine on rechargeable batteries (amondotech enduros).
It is a mini-mouse FYI, I like this since I use
my fingers instead of wrist as much as possible to avoid RSIs.

It is very smooth, doesn't miss movements or clicks.
Requires no software to work as a basic mouse,
you must install the SW if you want the sideways scrolling
feature (you can push the wheel left or right on this mouse).

It has both on/off button, and storage for the USB plug.

The mouse by default had too much motion for me,
I dialed the speed down by 1 increment, and turned
off "Enhance Pointer Precision" (in XP).
Then it was perfect.

Digital camera Review: Capable Little Wireless Mouse
Summary: 4 Stars

I would give it five starts, but I rarely hand out full marks. In general this mouse has met expectations. It's small enough to lug around with the laptop, but big enough to remain comfortable after hours of use (and certainly beats those glide-pad things on laptops).
As a laser mouse tracking is spot on...one of the more accurate mice I've ever used. Battery life is good, I haven't had to change since I got it in early January. Hmmm, still early yet, I guess...I'll see if it holds out.
This mouse would get five stars if, like its bigger brother (G7 cordless laser...although the batteries on the G7 are a pain...) I could adjust sensitivity and if it had some extra programmable keys...maybe I should try the VX Revolution?
At work, I would find myself plugging in the USB transceiver to my desktop and using the V450 instead of the stock optical.
Anyway, this is a very good mouse, and unless you want the extra programmable stuff and sensitivity adjustment this'll do plenty fine.
