Digital camera reviews of Logitech V470 Bluetooth Cordless Laser Mouse (Blue)

Digital camera Review: Amazon's purpose
Summary: 3 Stars

This is not a product review, this is a review of Amazon's practice of dragging their feet on "free shipping". In order to force customers to pay for shipping on items when they are "Super Saver" shipping, Amazon (or their affiliates) will not ship right away.
When the customer looks to see where their item is, because days have gone by with no email notification indicating the item has been shipped, the customer is given the option to change the 'shipping method', meaning to pay for faster shipping.
If you are going to give free shipping, Amazon, please just do it, don't play games to squeeze more money out of people.

Digital camera Review: Arrived promptly, works fine
Summary: 5 Stars

The mouse was a gift. It arrived in time and was exactly what my husband wanted.

Digital camera Review: As a mouse should...
Summary: 5 Stars

Decent price. Easy to connect. Easy to set up. Puts the cursor where I want it. Fires up promptly. Feels fairly comfortable in the hand. Only had it a week, but seems to be mousing quite well. We'll see about battery life (always leave it on) and durability. Can't say that the flaws (as noted by other reviews are noticeable to me.

Digital camera Review: Attention Mac Users
Summary: 3 Stars

I bought this product to add to my Macbook and to add more availability to USB ports. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the tracking of this product. The speed at which the mouse tracks is unbalanced. For example, when I set the tracking speed in System Preferences to the lowest tick possible, you can barely move the mouse around the screen and in practice becomes unusable. If you move it one tick to the right, the track speed increases but it's still feels too fast. When you start targeting the objects on your screen, the pointer always ends up half centimeter above or below what you intended. This does not sound like much but it's terrible when you navigate your computer. The tracking is so disproportionate that when you move a window around, the window looks slightly choppy as you move it. This is due to the tracking of the mouse being far too sensitive. Trust me I don't have nervous hands! I plug in a wired / wireless mouse, or Mighty Mouse, and the tracking is on point. I don't know if this is something in Logitech's Bluetooth mice but I have the V450 Nano Cordless which I use on it and I love that thing. I just wanted a Bluetooth mouse of the same caliber to free up my USB ports. The V450 is more comfortable and accurate than this mouse but you lose a port but I still prefer to do that than to use this mouse. I don't recommend the V470 for Mac users.

Digital camera Review: Avoid this Mouse! Left Click Button Fails!
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this bluetooth mouse to use with my Macbook. For the first week it worked fine, then the left click button mysteriously started to stick and refused to click properly. I did not spill anything on it or tamper with it. I had to push really hard for the click to register. I thought it was some setting on the Macbook that was causing this, but after adjusting the settings, the problem persisted. I even used another mouse to make sure. The other mouse was not affected. This product has a nice overall design, very portable and looks great, but the left click flaw is too big to ignore. I can't even browse the web comfortably without getting frustrated at the uncooperative left click. Save your money and look at other mice. Logitech usually have quality products, this just isn't one of them.
