I've tried a number of them. Quicklock sets aren't cheap, but they are worth every penny. I currently run them on both ends of each speaker on my 7 out of 7.1 home theatre setup. (The subwoofer getting it's own RCA subwoofer cable.)
I can't say enough about these terminals. They last forever, resist corrosion and have prevented a number of shortouts on my components. I have quite a few devices plugged into my AV receiver and with bare wire, you're bound to get a short some time if you tend to re-wire occasionally. I've used them on 16, 14 and even 12 gauge speaker wire all with no problems. Gotta love crimpless!
They're so easy to use and provide such excellent signal quality that I even have a set of banana and flex-tip connected to my subwoofers and amp in my car.
