This product is extremely easy to install: just plug it into the electrical socket and you are done.
The cons are:
1. it does not have backup batteries; so if the electricity goes out, it stops working
2. when operating is emits a continuous, very quiet, but audible noise. If your hearing is very good, it might annoy you.
