Digital camera Review: Works Great but...
Summary: 3 Stars

The mouse works just fine. Unfortunately, I bought it as a primary mouse not realizing how small it really is. I do have big hands, so someone with smaller hands might find it comfortable to use as a regular mouse. That being said, I have since bought an iBook to use when I go on the road, and will use this mouse for traveling. It should do very well in that capacity.

Digital camera Review: a good mouse for laptop
Summary: 4 Stars

the mouse works well with my HP TC1100 right out of the box. just press the pairing button, the PC found it on bluetooth, recognized it and it was good to go. it still kept pairing even i restarted the computer or evening change the mouse's battery.

if your laptop has bluetooth, bluetooth mouse is superior than other wireless mouse. because it does not need any extra adapter.

and for this mouse in particular, it works well with PC even it was designed for Mac. it has high precision, and quick response. after pairing, it works like it was made for you computer. the mouse is small, too small to be a desktop mouse but good for travel. it is slightly heavier than normal mouse but lighter than other wireless mouse. it goes to sleep after a few minutes but wakes up quickly when you want to use it. it also has a power button so you can turn it off to save the power when you put it in your bags.

this mouse use a pair of AAA rechargable batteries (included) which is nice because you can switch to new ones if the batteries dies on the road. it come with a brick adapter and a charging cradle/base.

there are some flawss that could be improved. you cannot use it while it is charging. also, the charging base/cradle connect to the brick power adapter only, not to your laptop USB. that means more things to carry in the longer trip.

Digital camera Review: do not buy this p.o.s.
Summary: 1 Stars

I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review, but the performance of this product is so exceptionally horrible that I will. I have not been able to use this mouse more than an hour because I CAN NOT GET THE MOUSE TO CHARGE, period. I learned of the problem reading the reviews before I bought the thing and figured, "It can't be as bad as they say, I'll give it a try", never have I been more wrong. I will be returning this product 100% unsatisfied.

Digital camera Review: dysfunctional laser - problem solved (see update)
Summary: 3 Stars

I bought this mouse because of all of the good reviews and ignored the review by "quicksketch", thinking that he was probably a whiner. So, I must have gotten his refurbished mouse or this is a repeatable problem with this mouse. I am waiting to hear from tech support and will update this review. I am very frustrated. the mouse worked great for 3 days and now the laser hardly ever comes on!
Update: tech support contacted me within a day and suggested that i download the new bluetooth software from the apple website (will not normally update with software updater in apple menu). I did and it has been working great! Unfortunately, I cannot change my rating, but if i could it would be 5 stars!

Digital camera Review: great except for a few nits, good size for nomads
Summary: 4 Stars

This is a very good product for the price. It's incredibly straightforward to use, and to switch from computer to computer. It's very compact, while still feeling natural to my hand. The on/off switch, while tiny, is an essential feature.

A couple of minor problems:

The mouse must be pressed down firmly after being "clicked" into the cradle, or it may not be charging. You have to check for the light. A little wiggle, and the light goes out, but the mouse is still in the dock.

Strangely, the dock's AC adapter plug does not easily fit under the lip on the dock itself. (Perhaps they changed suppliers.) You really have to jam it in there, and this puts a lot sideways pressure on the plug. Such things can cause problems over time. I may shave mine down to create a flat spot and get a good fit.
