This is a great holder for the Nike+ sensor if you don't have or don't want to buy Nike shoes. I can tell no difference at all in how the Nike+ iPod system works when using this as opposed to the Nike+ shoes which I also have. I bought 4 and gave two to friends and keep extras for all my running shoes. The holder is very easy to apply to your shoe -- fits easily under the laces and is secure when you run. I've had no trouble at all with this case -- it seems to work perfectly. It attaches snugly to the laces, so the Nike+ sensor doesn't flop around, which would (I assume) cause inaccuracy. One nice thing about this approach is that if you don't change shoes after your walk or run, it's very easy to just pop out the sensor so it doesn't use up its battery while you're walking around during the day. It's also easy to move the sensor to a different pair of shoes if you want to let someone else use it.Digital camera Review: Easy to remove
