My ipod got to the point it would show that it was charged and then when I would plug into my car stereo it would not come on. I did some research online and found this battery and gave it a try. It was a little difficult to open but not to bad. Also you have to re-use the little pin connector that plugs the battery into the ipod. I tried to find a battery that had a little more battery life than the stock one. Once I plugged it in and charged the ipod it has been like new. I am very pleased with the results and I thought I was going to have to purchase a new ipod.
