have owned one of these washers 2 1/2 months...bought at Sears. washed a load of towels..used largest setting for water level. When tub was full and washing, I saw water running from underneath the washer..enough to spread over utility room floor. Called "sears repair"..man came out and said.."it's a design flaw..they did not include the part that keeps the water from splashing out of the basket, when the tub is full." Therefore, WE CAN'T USE THE FULL LOAD SETTING...
