Digital camera Review: Good thing they were cheap
Summary: 3 Stars
Six of the first 20 DVDs had delamination and were unusable. Memorex are the only DVD-Rs I have had problems with, but they were super cheap so even if 10% are bad, I still got a deal. I will stick with Maxell in the future (this time I mean it).
Edited to add: Well I hit the 10th bad one the other day, so that is 10% of the 100 in the spindle and I'm only about 3/4s of the way through it. No problems burning the ones that work -these are all delamination, or separation, of the two layers that make up the DVD. Clearly a QC problem at the factory.
