I've used Memorex DVDs before without a problem, but these ar defective. So far about 2 out 5 cause errors and there is the same cone shaped line that appears on all of the half written DVD. Factory defective? or vendor swindled?Digital camera Review: Did the apple fall far from the tree?

I just started using these discs & the very 1st was defective causing me to lose a lot of data, the second was fine but all the same will there be more defective discs? Were the 1/100 odds just against me or does that 1st defective tell the tale of this product?Digital camera Review: Disappointed

Good disks but badly packaged by the seller. The spindle came smashed as did the plastic casing as the package was in a box with no packing inside. I can't be bothered to complain as it's effort on my part but I won't use this seller again as packing like that shows that they don't care. The disks however are great, I used 30 and have had no fails yet.
