I have been searching for a mouse with a budget of $100. Was considering the logitech MX performance, or Microsoft 6000 before I tried this..
+ LASER LOCATION:
I am a laptop user and used to keeping my wrist in on location and move the end of my hand to make the mouse move (like on a laptop touch pad). I like the logitech MX performance but the laser is placed closer to the center of the mouse resulting in the movement not be linear to my movement.
This Arc mouse has the laser located towards the top wich mimics my movement on the laptop much better.
+ BUTTONS:
I hate the loud buttons on the desktop mouses by Microsoft and Logitech, I like the buttons on this mouse. They provide a feedback feeling but no annoying "click" noise.
+ Texture
I purchased the black mouse which has a nice texture to it when using the mouse
I have not had this long enough to observe battery life, and this is mainly for my desktop setup so I will not be able to test the durability of the folding of the mouse.
As a side note, The keyboard I chose was the logitech illuminated keyboard (NOT CORDLESS) since that had the nicest scissor-switch keys, once again I like the laptop feel I am used to.

I purchased this product several weeks ago and it has worked very well. I like that the USB portion snaps onto the underside of the mouse and is held via an internal magnet. I've even knocked it off the desk onto the hardwood floor and nothing broke. Great product at a very good price via Amazon! I love it! The Arc gives you such freedom. You will wonder what took you so long to buy this cordless mouse. Unlike the rest the shape and syle of the Arc is one of a kind. I like the magnetic storage space for the USB connector, the way the Arc folds and the cute storage pouch. This item is a must buy.
