Digital camera reviews of Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical

Digital camera Review: Finally a Great Mouse!
Summary: 5 Stars

I've finally found this Great Mouse that has no ball to get clogged with dust, hair and lint. There's no reason to have to disassemble this mouse! Once you plug it in, YOU ARE SET! It's just that simple. And the IntelliPoint software that comes with it makes simple tasks even simpler! No way can you go wrong by buying this mouse! So what are you waiting for??

Digital camera Review: Forget Those Fancy Mice
Summary: 5 Stars

I never would have expected that Microsoft could make a quality item, but it seems that this is the one thing Microsoft does right. People don't settle for simple mice like this little guy anymore. They often go through many an expensive mouse, just to find that perfect one. I decided that I didn't want to play that stupid game, and I bought this mouse for myself. While very inexpensive, this is a quality mouse that lasts a long time. It has a classic and extremely comfortable feel, unlike today's newer and funkier mice. It's compatible with anything under the sun, and of course, it matches anything. What more could I ask for in a mouse? Extra buttons? I'm not about to turn my mouse into a miniature keyboard, if you know what I mean. Three buttons is just right: I don't think that I could possibly be more content with a mouse!

Digital camera Review: Freedom!
Summary: 5 Stars

This mouse is to date, the best mouse I have ever encountered. The laser-guiding, no-rolling, smooth transitions from point to click are great. This is the mouse for anyone who is on the computer all day and is entirely sick of fidgeting with an old mouse. When I worked at an insurance company I was forced to use an old mouse that I had to clean out every day just to make it work, this mouse would have been a lifesaver back then. The great thing about this mouse is it is available now, and will really give you freedom of movement on your desk & desktop. You can't go wrong with this product.

Digital camera Review: Get a faster machine in seconds.
Summary: 5 Stars

Blast your old mouse away with this new delight -- replacements do help; my system is better and I am much happier.

I had to replace my Old Faithful mouse, because it was no longer faithful -- the tail had stopped wiggling. I figured it was due to a broken wire connecting it to the USB port, which had been winding around my computer and bending it for years. However, I had no idea that this new beauty would add so much oomph to my system.

I replaced a Microsoft wheel mouse with this one, and I did not even have to change a driver. I'm tempted to upgrade the driver, but that little part in the back of my mind that knows, absolutely knows, a software change can affect everything says, "Why bother? It might be faster, but it might not."

Tomorrow I may just decide to replace my old keyboard with a fresh new one because I am so happy with the new mouse.

All of the freedom that an optical mouse gives you is there, plus the absolutely required once you use one, wheel works perfectly.

It is the best. Five stars.

Digital camera Review: Glides easy
Summary: 5 Stars

The perfect Mouse, because it glides so easily, and doesn't require a stinky rubber mousepad that smells forever like a tire store.

Christmas brought me a new computer from Texas with their standard mouse, which wouldn't slip left and right, had extra buttons in the rim, and a 5 position adjustment switch on top that lit up white. Ach! Disfunctional! Blah! It kept sticking, wouldn't glide on the surface of my paper blotter type desk surface.

Thank Goodness this old standby mouse is still available.

5 years ago when this mouse first showed up on the shelves at computer stores, I had never used the scroll wheel and was at first baffled by it, but today I couldn't live without it. The little red plastic part under the side toward you is lit, which tells you the computer is on. That feature at first annoys, until you start depending on it. Today, with two computers connected to the same monitor, the red light tells me which computer is turned on.

I"ve had probably a dozen mice over the years at work and this is by far the best. Totally perfect.
