Digital camera Review: Identical to any cheaper cable

Other reviewers have said much the same thing, but I wish to state it simply and explicitly. These cables are functionally equivalent to any other HDMI cable you can purchase, for one simple reason: HDMI is a digital transmission spec. It sends only ones and zeroes over the cable, and no difference in cable quality will affect the information received on the other side.
This may have been the case with analog transmission, where noise in the cable could affect the data received on the other end, but it is physically, mathematically, and electronically incapably of doing so with a digital transmission medium. Period. End of story.
Save your money and buy the $5 cables elsewhere on Amazon.

I needed something fast. This critter was on the shelf. The hardest part of the operation was getting this animal out of the packaging. That is no easy task. I imagined I would have to get lost in the sleazy part of town to find someone with the skill and a sharp enough blade to extract the cable without mutilating it or slicing up the warranty paper. The plastic casing (probably air tight) proved to be quite resilient and it took quite some time to slice little pieces of the welded edge before getting a handhold to jerk the case apart. I suggest you use leather gloves if you do not want to pay for an emergency hospital visit and clean up all the blood.
After the thrill of the opening is over so is the climax as in less then 30 seconds you can be plugged in and going. The only soles is that as with expensive haircuts you may be the only one that knows what you paid for it but you can be proud of the performance and sleep well at knight knowing you did all you could to insure a good connection.

We purchased a flat screen HD tv just in time for the superbowl. My husband didn't think he needed to purchase a longer cable hdmi and purchased the first size available. Went to install the tv and cable's too short. Found this cable on-line and it was the same exact cost as the short cable and the new cable was twice as long. Gives you the additional room to turn the tv if you have to adjust.Digital camera Review: It IS better!

I didn't want to spend the money on this either, but it IS better. I really don't know why, but it IS. No question about it. PERFECT picture and sound! I have a Yamaha RX-V2700 receiver which has HDMI hookups. I tried a HDMI cable that came with my DirecTV box (from my Toshiba HD DVD player) and it was seriously lacking. This hookup is MUCH better! I have a Monster Cable HDMI hooked up to the new receiver that runs to my Sony 46" flat panel as well (more $ but....). I'm finally satisfied. I'm watching (and listening to) "Batman Begins" (In Dolby True HD sound) on HD DVD and it is superb!!!! This is just awesome! The stuff of fantasy. You only have to buy this/these cables once, so why not buy the BEST?! I highly recommend this move.Digital camera Review: It works...what else to say
